For OEM-companies we assemble products in our factory. By doing so our clients can focus on their core business and increase the turn-over by at least 25%. This video does show full process flow from assembly untill shipment.
Our customers are selling their products in China and Europe. The batch size are typically for SME (Small Midsize Enterprises) and varies between hundreds and thousands annually.
The products are assembled in a separate area of our factory. Here we mainly assemble smaller products that do contains electronic parts. The working places are ESD safe to assemble electronic components.
The finished products can be packed in a retail box. After packaging these carton boxes are shrink wrapped. This will give the boxes a luxury appearance. Also for extra protection during tranportation.
For transport all boxes are palletized and wrapped in plastic foil. So the stack of products are stable and extra protected during transport. On request an UV-resistance foil can be used.
Pallets are always loaded inside our factory, so your goods are dry loaded in the container. For transport we use our own containers (FCL). Containers are sealed and opened in our warehouse. This means your products are safe with us.
