D&D is a Dutch company with offices in the Netherlands and in China (Shanghai). We offer sourcing of (assembled)metal products at selected contractpartners.
Because D&D can carry out the sourcing through its own organisation (WFOE), there is no risk with regards to quality control or copying. For assembled products, we are able to buy parts at different locations and assemble them at our own premises. In this respect D&D is unique and able to supply the customer with Assembled products right at their own doorstep.
D&D operates either with drawings or samples. If and when there are no drawings available, D&D can supply the drawings. We can also offer on the basis of samples.
After the order has been given D&D will have the products made. D&D will pay the supplier and will arrange transportation; have the goods cleared and delivered to the customers warehouse. The customer will receive an invoice from our Dutch organisation and he pays in its local currency.
Because we participate in bulk transport to Europe, it is possible to keep transport cost at a minimum. All contacts with the suppliers; transport; clearing houses and payments, will be done by D&D, taking all worries away from the customer.
We at D&D made this is an integral part of our name. Because we have our own organisation in China, we are able to produce copy sensitive products without them appearing on the shelves in Hong Kong and Amsterdam. For many companies the fear of this happening is the main reason not to source their products in these countries. It is very difficult to find justice in case of copyright infringements.
D&D is specialized in assembled steel parts. Sheet metal; milling and turning. Our supplier network ranges from high-end quality automotive parts to medium quality construction companies. They can supply you with die-cut parts; CNC punching; bending; (MIG/TIG) welding; machining; etc. We can arrange a variety of surface treatments: powder coating; chrome plating; zinc phosphating etc.

- D&D through its own Chinese company can buy and sell components in China. This company is managed by western management.
- D&D has its own quality control officers in place. They go to the supplier and check the goods. D&D buys components from different suppliers and has them delivered to its own warehouse. There the assembly and packaging and final quality control takes place.
This way the process is controlled and none of the suppliers gets their hands on the finished product. Only a WFOE (foreign owned company) can operate in this manner. D&D has its own WFOE and is able to offer you this security.
